Refund policy

Because every item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns on items that arrived correct and undamaged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery at media@royalzmediagrp.com or (609) 710-9356. Please include your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace the item first. A refund is a last resort.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
